Reliable shipping times: Yun Express generally offers stable shipping time, especially during peak sales seasons. The average shipping time during sales periods is typically around 10 days.

Resend service: Yun Express offers a resend service to address lost or undelivered package problems.

Cons: High risk of FAKE TM product checks: There is a significant risk of FAKE ™ products being investigated when shipped through YUN Express. Sellers of FAKE TM products should avoid using YUN Express.

Compensation Policy:

1. Orders with no tracking updates after 10 days: For orders that have not been updated with tracking information for 10 days, we can offer a resend or a full refund (100%) of the customer’s payment to their account.

2. Orders undelivered after 26 days: For orders that have not been delivered after 26 days, we can offer a resend or a full refund (100%) of the customer’s payment .

3. Orders marked as delivered but not received by the customer: For orders that are marked as delivered but the customer has not received the package, we can offer a resend or a full refund (100%) of the customer’s payment.

1. Tracking available on 17TRACK: YWBZ Express provides tracking information on 17TRACK, displaying the total delivery time, which includes both production and shipping time.

2. To track shipments within China, please select the “YWBZ” carrier on 17TRACK.

Pros: YWBZ Express allows the shipment of FAKE TM products.

Cons: Long shipping times for Economy lines: Economy shipping lines with YWBZ Express typically have slower delivery time.

II. Compensation Policy of Product Quality 

For design defects, size issues, quality problems, or breakage, etc., it is necessary to provide real photos of the received product and feedback to the factory. After verifying with the factory and determining that it is a manufacturing issue, we will directly resend or refund 100% payment to the customer. 

III. Compensation Policy for Exceeding Production Time:

Production Time

1. 2D Clothing Production in our own factory:

  • Production time at the factory: 48 hours
  • Tracking update time: 3-4 days

2. 3D Clothing Production  in our own factory:

  • Production time at the factory: 96 hours
  • Tracking update time: 5-6 days

3. Other Clothing Products:

  • Production time varies depending on the product. Please check with the person in charge.

Production time starts after the seller confirms that design and address issues have been resolved.

Compensation Policy for Production Delays:

1. 2D Clothing:

  • If 2D clothing products have not been updated after 6 days, we will push production again and use YunFast for shipping. If the seller does not want to wait, we can directly refund 100% payment to the customer who uses our fulfillment service.

2. 3D Clothing:

  • If 3D clothing products have not been updated after 8 days, we will push production again and use YunFast for shipping. If the seller does not want to wait, we can directly refund 100% payment to the customer who uses our fulfillment service.
